"Helpful admin, though response times can vary"
I’ve had a generally good experience dealing with the admin staff at sfcollege.edu. I reached out about registration and a couple of account-related questions, and to be fair, they did get back to me with clear answers instead of just sending a generic response.
The only thing is that it’s not always super fast. Sometimes I heard back quickly, and other times it took a day or two. I get that they’re probably handling a lot of students, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but a little more consistency would definitely help.
What I appreciated most was that they were polite and didn’t make me feel silly for asking basic questions. Overall, I’d say the support is solid and fair for the most part, just with some room to improve on response times. 4 stars from me.

"Clear info when I needed it"
I’ve been on sfcollege.edu quite a bit lately, mostly because I’ve been feeling a little pressured to get things figured out and not miss anything important.
The site made that easier than I expected. The pages usually spell out what you need to do, and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find dates, steps, or contact info.
Some parts look a little basic, but I’d rather have that than a cluttered site that stresses me out more. Overall, it was simple, clear, and helpful...
"Really grateful for the campus vibe"
I’ve had a really good experience with the campus vibe here. Student life feels relaxed, and I’m grateful I was able to make friends faster than I expected. It’s made settling in a lot easier.
"pretty good online classes"
i took two online classes through SF and overall it went smoothly. canvas was simple to figure out, and my teachers usually got back to me fast. one of the video lectures glitched a little, but it wasn’t a big deal.

"I has a good experience with sfcollege.edu..."
I has a good experience with sfcollege.edu and the student support side of things. Advising usually got back to me quick, and financial aid was helped me understand stuff when I was confused. There was a few times I had to wait or got send to another office, which was kinda annoying. But overall, the staff were nice and actually try to help. I’d give it 4 stars.
"Easy site to use for college stuff"
I’ve used Santa Fe College quite a few times when I’m looking up programs , important dates , or student links . It’s straightforward , and I can usually find what I need without going in circles .
The pages load quickly for me , and the menu is easy enough to follow . Some areas do look a little basic , but honestly , I don’t mind . It works well and doesn’t make the simple stuff harder than it needs to be .

"Safer than I expected, honestly"
I’ll give them credit, the campus does feel safe most days. You usually see security around, which helps, even if I didn’t expect to notice that as much as I do. The only thing that still bugs me is the parking lots at night, they could definitely use better lighting

"Signing up for classes was easier than I expected"
I signed up for my classes on sfcollege.edu, it went smoothly. I was able to find the courses I needed without much trouble, and the waitlist info actually made sense, which was a relief. One page did take forever to load and I had to refresh it, so that was a little annoying, but it worked after that. Maybe I’m just used to these systems being worse, but this felt way easier than I expected, right?

"Career services weren’t really worth it for me"
I used the career services a couple of times hoping to get some solid direction, but i left feeling underwhelmed. The staff were nice and professional, which I appreciated, but the advice felt very generic, stuff I could’ve found online quickly. A few of the job leads they shared seemed outdated too, and it took longer than I expected to get a response. For the time I put in, I just didn’t feel like I got much real value out of it...

"Helpful faculty made a big difference"
I had a good experience with sfcollege.edu, mainly because the faculty were genuinely easy to get in touch with. My instructors usually replied to emails quickly, and I never felt awkward or judged for asking simple questions, if that makes sense.
Some of the classes definitely took a lot of effort, but it helped a ton having teachers who explained things in a way that actually clicked. It felt like they really wanted students to succeed, not just get through the course.

"Financial aid help was alright"
The financial aid office did help me in the end but it took a while to hear back. I also had to ask twice about some forms that were missing. It was not awful just kind of average.

"Nice campus, but kind of underwhelming"
The campus does have some nice spaces, and the buildings were clean. Parking was easy too, which I appreciated. I guess I just expected a bit more overall, so I left feeling a little disappointed...

"Really solid classes and I ended up learning more than I expected"
I had a good experience with the classes at SF overall. The courses felt solid, and one thing I really appreciated was that most of the professors seemed like they genuinely cared whether students were actually understanding the material, not just showing up and getting through the assignments. A lot of the lessons felt practical too, which made a big difference for me, because it wasn’t just sitting there reading through slides or memorizing things without knowing how they would be used. Some of the classes were definitely harder than I thought they would be, and there were times when I had to put in more effort than expected, but I think that was a good thing. It pushed me to learn the material better. Overall, I feel like I got a lot out of my time there and learned a lot.

"Advising was kind of hit or miss"
Advising did help me figure out which classes to take, so I appreciated that. But the replies were slow sometimes, and I got different answers from different people a couple times, which was a little confusing, haha.

"The admissions process itself was straightforward, and..."
The admissions process itself was straightforward, and the staff were nice and quick to answer my questions when I got hold of them. The only thing was having to wait on emails here and there, which made me start wondering if things were being handled as carefully as I expected. Overall it was still a good experience, but those delays did chip away at my trust a bit.
